All Almost Heaven sauna ship either via LTL (less-than-truckload) carriers with curbside delivery or by dedicated flatbed rigs. If your saunas ships via LTL, the driver will lower the sauna curbside for you, It can be helpful to have one or two additional people to help move the pieces to the installation site post delivery. The driver will not assist in movement of the sauna past curbside. If your sauna ships via flatbed, you will be responsible for assisting in the removal of the unit from the flatbed truck Via manual removal of individual pieces, or by forklift for full pallet removal.
In both cases, you will receive a notification when your sauna ships, as well as a call from the carrier to make arrangements for its delivery. Please note that we will do our best to accommodate the delivery of your sauna around your busy schedule. However, we thank you in advance for being flexible with our driver’s rigid and pre-scheduled delivery timelines. The Blackwater sauna will not be delivered assembled, it will require full assembly.
